The Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence awards seek to identify and congratulate individuals, groups and organizations who have worked towards the benefit of the Indian transport sector. These awards aim to be the Oscars of the Indian Transport Industry. This year, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited (MNAL) organized the first ‘Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence Awards 2011’ to honour noticeable personalities of the Indian transportation industry. These awards recognized and rewarded Outperformance, Excellence, Innovation and Change Leadership in the Transport Ecosystem. Each of the winners had a different role to play relating to the challenges they faced in achieving excellence. The criteria for judging the awards were ‘Accepting No Limits,’ ‘Alternative Thinking’ and ‘Driving Positive Change’ . Globe Ecologistics won the BEST regional fleet awards for western zone .
