HSE POLICY

Globe Ecologistics Pvt. Ltd will conduct all operations with the utmost regard for the Health and Safety, of its employees, its contractors, neighbouring communities, company and public assets. Our commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment ranks equally with our business objectives. We will continually strive to achieve a healthy and safe environment through our shared responsibility to improve the work place. We will seek to eliminate activities having adverse impact on the environment.

We consider the prevention of loss to personnel, the environment and the company's assets as a combined effort of our employees, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. In accomplishing the aforementioned, we will fully comply with all applicable local provincial and federal regulations as a minimum standard for compliance. Company requirements are more stringent.

We will continually strive to ensure that Journey Management Plan is correctly placed and it is regularly checked by the line managers such that it respond any incident in timely and in effective manner.

We also continually strive to ensure that client's rig/camp move procedure has been followed and implemented effectively. The direct responsibility for Health, Safety, protection of the Environment, and the subsequent implementation of said standards, rests with Line Management. This responsibility will be exercised without compromise or prejudice.

QHSE INITIATIVE

"Our QHSE seriousness is amply highlighted by our endeavours towards quality, health, people safety and environment initiatives which are being taken on urgent basis in our various location. Our set down QHSE objectives drive continuous improvements in our system. We strictly adhere to all statutory, regulatory and customer safety norms and that is in built in our business. Our HSE policy is well defined and it is in line with international standard. We recognize training as a tool for continual improvement. We have trained and experienced manpower as part of our essentials. We are concerned about the environment and believe in protecting the environment by putting our all efforts. We are rewarding our employees for the good suggestion towards safety of the system also"

HSE TRAINING

We continually strive to achieve a healthy and safe environment through our shared responsibility to improve the work place. We consider the prevention of loss to personal, the environment and the company’s assets as a combined effort of our employees, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. In accomplishing the aforementioned objectives we have taken several initiatives in the form of training modules for the operations Department and our driving crew a few of them are:

1. Safe Driving

This is a basic, simulation based training given to each driver in order to make him aware of the general traffic rules, vehicles they will be driving & due care to be taken in each trip.

2. Vehicle Inspection Training

Under Movement process planning it has been made compulsory to inspect the vehicles and cargo before starting vehicle from a resting point. This training concentrates on the specifications of Inspection of vehicle and is compulsorily delivered to ODC driving crew.

3. Enroute Communication Training

This is a specialized training for communication during the trip, in order to execute the trip as per planning and monitor the same step by step so that the arising challenges may overcome in a systemized and pre-planned way.

4. PPE Training

PPE training has been specially blended with focus on personal protective equipments and a detailed list of do’s and don’ts for the maintenance and operations team who spent their most of time in the workshops and yard. Besides it is selectively given to the driving crew of ODC who will be entering the client's warehouses.

5. Driving Hazards

This is an exhaustive and inclusive training covering all the hazardous points in a trip in the form of case studies and ways to over come them. Being a interactive tool case studies have really been enjoyed by the drivers.

6. HSE Training

it's a generic training covering various safety aspects regarding health, environment and safety. it is compulsorily given to all the employees as health and safety of resources and environment is one of the prime concerns for Globe Eco logistics Pvt. Ltd.
