Mahindra Award
The Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence awards seek to
identify and congratulate individuals, groups and organizations who have
worked towards the benefit of the Indian transport sector. These awards
aim to be the Oscars of the Indian Transport Industry. This
year, Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited (MNAL) organized the first
'Mahindra Navistar Transport Excellence Awards 2011' to honour
noticeable personalities of the Indian transportation industry. These
awards recognized and rewarded Outperformance, Excellence, Innovation
and Change Leadership in the Transport Ecosystem. Each of the winners
had a different role to play relating to the challenges they faced in
achieving excellence. The criteria for judging the awards were
'Accepting No Limits,' 'Alternative Thinking' and 'Driving Positive
Change' . Globe Ecologistics won the BEST regional fleet awards for
western zone .
The Transport 50 is a listing of the world's top transport
companies calculated by using the total carrying capacity of all
specialized transport equipment in the company's fleet. Globe
Ecologistics secured the 20th rank worldwide in the world listings.
